Before You Write…
Have you looked for an answer?
If you’ve checked the Help area, the archives or used the search function up there in the header and you still can’t find an answer to your question, feel free to send me a quick note.
Maximize Your Response Quality
Please be brief (as more than one paragraph tends to make my eyes roll back in my head) but if you’re experiencing some kind of theme issue, please explain it with appropriate detail. Writing, “…it’s not working…” doesn’t say much and prolongs resolution of the problem.
I Don’t Know Everything
I also get a lot of email not related to my area of expertise. If time permits I will sometimes take the time to answer, but if I’m buried in email, I have to stick to answering only those questions that are directly related to my themes or the information I present here at 11Mystics.com. I do love to hear from everyone so send your questions regardless, but just keep in mind, I may not be able to respond to everything.
General “how to use iWeb” questions should be directed to the more knowledgeable folks at the Apple iWeb Forums. Those people use iWeb day in and day out and have many advanced tips and tricks that I just don’t have. I know the theme structure but I don’t use iWeb enough to be able to explain how to do all the fancy stuff.
Nope – I Don’t Do Custom Work
Sorry, I don’t do any custom work right now. Until Apple solidifies their theme framework, it’s not wise for me to be creating custom themes for people. The minute they upgrade the software, I might have 10,000 broken iWeb themes. Er… not smart :)
