Tuscan Characters Image Pack Released

June 4, 2008

Good day peoples of the world. Just a quick note to let you know that I’ve created my first set of character images for use in Keynote, iWeb, Pages, Photoshop and any other application that provides easy drag-and-drop functionality.

This pack contains 11 different character styles, each style contains 85 different characters… letters, numbers, symbols and special characters. That’s, if I recall correctly, over 900 images.

This particular pack was designed to match the Italian Tile iWeb theme, but they can, of course, be used anywhere you think they look great. I don’t have this listed in the store (at the time of writing) but the product is in the list of products available for purchase if you’re logged-in to your account and on the download account page.

The price is set at an affordable $3.95. Here’s an snapshot of the 11 styles on the Italian Tile blank page. I’ve applied drop shadows of varying degrees to each one to demonstrate how you might use them yourself.

Enjoy!

Cool drag-and-drop imagery for your Keynote, iWeb, Pages and other creative documents.

Oh boy! I just stop to do a quick check at my computer today and find this information. I will be so happy when all the graduation events are over for my son so I can get back to playing with your new designs!

Hey you – glad to see you popping back in. These were absolutely fun to create. I could have done that all night – wait, I did do that all night. Ping me at 3AM sometime, you’ll probably get a response :-/ Gotta stop doing that though. Routine is important. It’s hard when your creativity won’t stop.

Beautiful, Suz! I’ve got an idea (or 2) for a ‘scrapbook’ type layout (a la Mailroom) that would be great to compliment an image pack like this – just got to find the time to document it for you. I’m not able to stay up until 3am anymore, so maybe this weekend :-)

Okay I’ll let you off the hook for the all-nighter but I’ll be interested in your idea for sure. You’re my scrapbook expert. I wish I had more time to tinker in that area. I did some really neat stuff in Keynote, but then I didn’t know what to do with the stuff. Can you believe that… like duh… you make a presentation and export as a QT movie but I wasn’t on top of my game at that point LOL :)

LOL! Anytime you want some feedback for Keynote, bounce it off me. BTW, have you seen the Scrapbook looking presentation that won the Keynote contest from awhile back?

Suzanne, there seems to be a problem with the EULA link from the download page. I tried to go to read the EULA and came up with the “oops! 404 not found” page.

  7. Suzanne wrote:

Kari I fixed that… making links again before I solidify the page structure

Ken do you have a link to those themes? I’d be interested to see those!

Wow it’s working! Ken you’re the infinite, endless source of cool. Oh my… this is cool. I have to get cranking on making stuff like this. Too neat-o.
