Theme Installers

Just an FYI, that I’m also finally getting the 2.0 themes into their installers. Baby Pink is the first theme to use this installer so download that free-bee for iWeb 2.0 and give it a whirl.

The new 10.5 Xcode PackageMaker app is so slick – it no longer requires any fancy scripts so you should not see any kind of errors. I don’t know how it will run on older versions of OSX, but contact me if you find something strange.

This installer does not edit any native iWeb files. It doesn’t have to. All it does is copy the .webtheme file into the Themes folder and the theme’s thumbnails folder into iWeb’s thumbnails folder. That’s all that needs to happen. After the installer completes, reopen iWeb. If you don’t see Baby Pink in your theme selection window, let me know.
