Solingo BETA Fixed

October 4, 2007

I don’t want to overshadow the fact that Arcturus was released today, so make sure you notice that annoucement a few entries below. Now back to this… I don’t even believe was just happened LOL. I’ve been trying to figure out that Solingo problem for like 10 days and then when I give up and start to rebuild, there it is staring me in the face :-O

The new files are up on the server – download and replace your existing .webtheme file with the new one. Create some pages, save, exist iWeb, reopen iWeb. Your pages should still be there as expected now.

Back to Softwhite, Ecuador, Italian Tile. You should see the white version of Foshay Crimson today as well.

    Wonderful!!!

I had noticed the problem with copying and pasting – just figured it was something with iWeb. Guess I should have mentioned it earlier….

Does this mean we are any closer to Mailroom? nudge, nudge….

Well, yes, it does. That puppy is a HUGE project with so many custom layout elements – the issue with Solingo really jeapordized the reality of Mailroom, but with that laid to rest, I think we’re back on track :) No ETA – really have to get the other themes complete first.

So, I started working with Solingo and everything seems to work except for the Blog cover page. That one still disappears after saving, closing and reopening.

DOH! I didn’t realize that page was broken too. I’ll fix that in a minute. I’m ordering more incense – one of my favorite parts of life… that and coffee. Give me 20 minutes. Will post comment when file is uploaded.

Okay it’s ready… course I didn’t check the other two pages of the blog, but those weren’t using the generated information either.

The other pages of the blog were fine. Thanks for the quick fix.
