Granted, venturing into Wisconsin isn’t exactly something I like to admit… land of the Packer cheeseheads and all, but in this case I’ll make an exception. Don’t all you Packer fans write and harass me now… I just don’t like your team colors - forrest green and gold… totally 1972! :D
I’m off to congregate with the group that went to Peru with me. What a great experience that trip was, but the group that traveled together continues to gather even still. Talk about amazing people… true mystics. I’ll be back Sunday afternoon so don’t do anything rash while I’m gone. Hold down the fort. I’ll have my iPhone with me, but I don’t know if Wisconsin knows about cell phones yet - I might not have any service heh.

Hey green and gold is not too bad of a color and Madison Wisconsin is pretty nice. Then again I lived in Illinois for a great while so maybe I’m just a bit used to things in those parts of the States.
We did used to tease the folks from Wisconsin though cheese jokes mostly and big ten College football was a blast.
Works like a charm Jimmy :) The whole sizing method used for those pictures is a bit unintuitive. It’s hard to figure out which variable is going to change the size of the picture matrix. When I first applied your frame, it changed my matrix size to something like 2000px wide :-O
Okay this is perfect Ann - we have the cheeseheads covered on both sides of the state :) Although you’re no in IL anymore are you.
A bit of history about Wisconsin for those of you in other parts of the world. Wisconsin is a beautiful state, but not as beautiful as Minnesota or Michigan or Illinois… Iowa? Hum… Wisconsin wins that one ;-)
Wisconsin is primarily German. More Germans settled in Wisconsin than anywhere else I think, but New Ulm, Minnesota, a small town in the southern part, has better German heritage festivals.
Wisconsin people consume the most beer in the US. This is why there’s a huge state trooper installation and a serious offender prison on the MN border with WI, less than 10 miles from my house!
Despite all this, and outside of football, things remain fairly calm around here. Wisconsin is a pretty good neighbor. They have a better scenic route down the St. Croix river for motorcycling and Sunday drivers so I think it evens out.
