Was it Friday today? I don’t even know what day it is! Well I wanted to give you all an update on this “supposed” better way to add stuff to a page. It’s great for the non-blog/podcast pages, but lord in heaven, I’m pulling my hair out trying to get the blog and podcast pages to do what I want. The XML is just full of dependencies and you can’t have one character out of place or the whole thing dies an ugly death. I’ve never worked this hard just to get things working BAH!
Despite that I am making progress on AquaPRO (which will also fulfill CrimsonPRO nicely). I have a test demo going that you can check out, but this only illustrates my progress so far. I see now that it’s uploaded, my footer is screwed up on every page – it’s not supposed to be that big aqua gradient. The blog and podcast pages are not complete, but you can clearly see I have things moving in a good direction. Keep doing your XML dance to the code gods. It’s helping.
We’ll see what tomorrow brings :)
P.S. I know my site REALLY needs to be overhauled and organized better. I’ll try to move things in that direction as well, but bear with me.

Hey Suzanne — AquaPRO is looking great, and I’ll happily “re-purchase” it for the 2.0 version. Thanks for all your hard work over the past three weeks! –J.C.
Suzanne, the demo site is looking good! Is everything still swapping? Or should I wait to see when I start testing the theme?
Well Suz, there you go again – creating themes that I just love! Great work, looks awesome. I know you’ve still got work to do, but it’s just lookin’ so good! You’re amazing!

I think the progress is quite good if u ask me! And the pages looks great, i like the layout of things! :D
I was noticing on the blog pages that in the header, instead of the swirl graphic it shows a stretched “RSS Subscribe” graphic.
“Travels through the East” looks correct, but the others don’t.
Wow, every day I wake up to the booster club! LOL You guys are great.
Kari that might actually be an issue with .Mac publishing. Sometimes when you republish, it gets the graphics mixed up. I have a lunch date today, but later today I’ll republish and that should go away.
My younger dog rolled in a dead bird last night so I’m going to have to spray her down with the hose at some point too or I may pass out from the smell of one disgusting dog! YUCK!
LOL :) Our little dog Nena (Chinese Crested Dog) rolls in birdpoo…and other various stuff all the time! Luckily we have a great shampoo for dogs, that isn’t too popular with the dogs, but we think it’s great :)
Wow I LOVE those dogs! They’re really cool.
I just went out to pick up that bird – the dog rolled in it around 3AM – and there was little or nothing of it left! The wings and body were spread across an area about 4′ (over a meter) in diameter! She must have rolled in it for 15 minutes to be able to smear its remains everywhere. Gawd. Dogs are amazing, but that part of their instincts nees rewiring LOL.
Hehe…
You are right there! Thats a very nice dog you got there Suzanne!!!
