Well people, I managed to score myself a sweet 8GB iPhone just now. I sat in line for four and a half hours and good thing I did. The store I was at only had 30 phones. When the guy announced that fact, there was a nervous hush for a mile down the line. Earlier the security folks told us there had been fights at the Roseville store. Then they go and mention there’s only 30 phones available DOH. I would not have done that.
I was #11 w00t! The clicher however was the security escort I got when I left the store LOL. They walked me all the way to my car, made sure I got in and started driving. Now that’s a product release baby! :D
I’m sync’ing all my music and video now. Initial observations? HOLY !@#$ The visual experience of this thing is beyond expectations by about a mile. Unbelievable. Jaw-dropping. I’m stunned. Gotta go - I’m watching Matt Rach videos on YouTube :-b

I was wondering if you was able to get your hands on one. There was a nice little line at my local AT&T yesterday an hour before the launch I could have gotten in on it but could not afford to so I looked at the growing line and went home. Today when I went back to look at a demo to see if I’m even interested in getting one in the future they didn’t have a demo model (won’t til next week), they also sold out yesterday and got some more in this morning and sold out of that too. “These babies are going like hotcakes” I’m looking at quite a bit of time before I can get my hands on one if I decide to get one in the next few weeks. I’m wondering if I shouldn’t wait until my birthday in the Fall? What don’t you like about the iPhone or is it too early to say?

Trouble is, now you’ll start jonesing if you have to wait more than three months for your next sleek new technological fix…
I’m glad you like it thus far. I did read some critical assessments, such as the speed block of the network chip in this initial release. Is the transfer rate decent?
Suzanne is so busy playing with her new gadget wonder that she can’t take out some time to answer our questions. There goes the Tabouli updates and the new website development tool. That Steve Jobs guy… and his ultra sleek, mind control toys of wonder… He’s slowing down productivity big time.
Hey, it’s been a month! Hey guys, you know what Suzanne is doing, right? She’s coding Tabouli with her iPhone!! haha :P Enough playing already! (I’m playing too…haha) Seriously though, your site looks pretty good on the iPhone. What an absolutely amazing little gadget! I haven’t used my Palm since I got it!
