Hello Peeps – Lots of stuff to announce today so let’s get started.

An Annoucement About Annoucements

I created an “announcements” category for my blog because my cool new theme allows me to segregate posts by category. That’s how I’m pulling off that right gutter. Each area only shows posts from the category listed in the section header. Gotta love PHP. Anyway, now you can easily scan my Announcements section, guess what, announcements. I hate when people make me think, so I won’t make you think either. Just get what you need and move on.

THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT! Download the Zones Updates

One of my Aerolite customers contacted me this morning to say, “Hey, what happened to Saturday’s in November, February and May???” Hum… it looks as though I attempted to change the course of history by removing all Saturday’s in those months for the next year! If you own Aerolite or any of the Zones templates, you’re likely missing Saturday’s on your Welcome page in the second set of templates. I’ve updated the files for ZONES only and posted them. I’ll update Aerolite either today or tomorrow because I have to rebuild that template anyway.

Most of you should be able to download these again using the same download link in the order receipt you got when you ordered. The download links are good for 15 days I believe. If your order is older than 15 days or you deleted your receipt (keep those dang things! ;-) then send me an email: support at 11mystics dot com.

More Templates Released

Today I unleashed ZonesDark-Pink. This was a special color request by an iWeb fan up in Quebec, Canada. Hum… come to think of it, I don’t believe I included that in the demo yet. The version of pink is #FF99CC in case you’re dying to know right now. It’s a great “baby pink” shade.

I also released ZonesLight-Aqua. Both of these are now available in my store. I will likely also do Cherry today, but at what time, I’m not sure. Watch the new announcements section to find out! :)

Considering A Big Change for 11Mystics

Well one thing that really bugs me is the process for getting software updates out to you. I’m really wishing for a system where, when you order, an account is created for you and all your purchases would be stored within your account. If updates occur, the updates would be there waiting for you. Right now I do not have that functionality. I’m considering the purchase of some software called aMember which looks really promising, but this would also require migrating my site to a new host, changing my payment processing to PayPal and then carefully transferring all my data. Eeek. I’m trying to decide if aMember is going to be worth all that effort. More on that later.
